This is our little boy Oscar. He has Quadriplegic Spastic Cerebral Palsy (CP). We started fundraising in June 2018 to take him to the USA for life changing operation called SDR. In September 2019 we reached our £90'000 target. This meant Oscar's surgery could get brought forward and he had SDR on 3rd December 2019 in St Louis, USA. We spent a whole 6 weeks in the states where Oscar also had a second surgery called PERCS followed by intense physio sessions.

Oscar is doing really well and is improving all the time. The range of movement in his legs has improved incredibly! . Since surgery we are so proud of how well he has done and how brave he was in the USA.

We have had so much help and support from our family, friends and the community since we started fundraising in June 2018. We are so overwhelmed and can't thank everyone enough, we will be forever grateful for the opportunities this has given Oscar.

We are still going to continue fundraising for future treatment and equipment so please make sure you visit our news & events section for what is coming up next.
